FreeMotion® New Indoor Bike my company bought

Well I rode a new indoor bike my company bought as they are buying all new fitness equip from weights along with weight machines, treadmills & spin bikes and two FreeMotion®. The computer mesaures watts with a built in power meter @ the crank arms. I finally see what its all about when watching your "watts and the avg watts" vs F_ _ _ _ _g around! I cannot wait to have my own for my bike and bikes once the wife finishes residency, then big daddy can play this game!

I need a fan now, the entire floor around me had a puddle. My body was really tired out the gate @ 4:45am and less than 12hrs earlier tempo bike ride, all good, just staying dialed in, actually think I'm in better shape now than I was last year for IMSJ as my mind and focus was not there. All good "Every dog has it's day"
