Tempo Run Gradual, just kept adding speed every 5 min (7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9) until for an hour then backed it off to 7:30p for 20 min, felt good no issues. I was not breathing hard but my legs were very tired the entire time, I think it maybe from taking for straight days off.
