Started out nice and easy as my left hamstring is tight, but felt better toward the middle of the workout and pick-up the pace a little, but I need to get this hamstring loosened just hard when it is so cold outside.
Warm up 1000 long strokes. 8x50 on 20 sec rest. Main Set 800, 3x50, 2x400, 4x50, 4x200. Warm down 1000 pull easy.
