weights @ 4:30am (arms, back), taking a dip, easy stretch out long arms, tired and my stomach did not feel good this AM after eating something bad at the Angel Game last night, running on fumes maybe 5hr of shuteye, all good trying to get quality time with my kids as one if off to UC Santa Barbra soon and other two are back in school next week.
