Good sleep last night

Bike ride up the San Gabe to the end of bike trail, lots of wind from the dam to the end of trail (last 5 miles), hopped on it on the way home then grabbed to triathletes wheel the last 12 miles. Lower back keeps fading on me, would like to sustain longer as I keep having to get out of saddle to stretch it and relieve it
