Glendora High School to GMR to East Fork Road, to Crystal Lake Cafe and back. Not feeling it from the start of ride, my stomach and my head were just not felling good. I think the heat from the get go and then it got even hotter. No breaks coming down with strong hot winds riding into a hot oven. Glad I got to the car and turn the AC on.
