Good Sleep again last night.
Up the San Gabe Bike Trail to East Fork and back, legs began to fade on the way back, decent run yesterday for almost 13 miles and good leg workout on Monday really felt during this ride. I think the 190 is way off for max HR, the hr was going crazy on the way back, 190 and I would have really been hurting.
