Long Ride up San Gabe To East Fork To GMR, back To Seal Beach To Newport and back, legs were smoked the entire ride from lifting yesterday and my lower and upper back muscles were hurting like crazy after swimming 10k yards yesterday.

Well decided to do a long swim thinking maybe 5k or 6k, started out swimming and began to go into a deep thinking state about my father and other things come to realize I was already just over 8k, I said to myself "might as well round it off to 10k" I have to say the last 1500 was rough
