Gibbs consists of 2 hours of aerobic Endurance spent between 60-70% FTP.
Optional form drills include Form Sprints, Endurance Spinning intervals, and some Single-Leg Focus drills.
I was very happy with the last workout of my 8 week Sustained Power Build. My cadence is getting better and staying more in control, I was able to avg 95 cadence for the entire ride, also held over 100 on some of the drills without feeling uncomfortable or bouncing, just concentrating on good form.
I will FTP Test on Tuesday and use the 2 x 8 minute test, after thinking about what I'm after I have decided to go with Short Power Build 8 week program.
