Antelope +5 is 7x10-minute Sweet Spot intervals ranging between 88-94% FTP with 5-minute recoveries between intervals.

This was a rough one as I up my FTP by a couple and did not get full rest from starting late yesterday. Was soaking wet from Head 2 Toe after drying shoes out in the sun.

Was able to above most the intervals for this workout. Missed yesterday's workout and got a late start today.

Optional form drills include form sprints, speed-endurance intervals, and quadrant drills, just spinning with high cadence today

Carillon +1 consists of 3 sets of 2x10-minute Criss-Cross intervals ranging between 88-90% FTP during the 2-minute valleys & 92-95% FTP during the 30-second surges as each interval weaves back & forth across the Sweet Spot power range

Was able to hit each interval and on the last 20 minutes I geared up and slowed cadence down and was able to go above each interval.

Did not feel like doing the Ramp Test. Will keep my FTP where it is and just begin Sweet Spot Vol 2. I don't feel like pushing my body anymore, just try and maintain where I am at this time. Leg's felt good, did not get much rest
