Final workout of Sweet Spot High Vol #2. FTP finished at 334 after 12 weeks Vol #1 & Vol #2. I think it is good but I need to really mix in Vo2 Max Intervals if I want to be able to surge with the pack of riders. I do not have a high end gear, but seem to feel good for long duration in the sweet spot. The other thing I notice riding on the trainer seems to be easier holding a consistent higher cadence, as yesterday I was having trouble staying focused. Lastly, I need to make some adjustments to my position on the bike and maybe move to a different seat as it feels like it's bother my rear end and bothering a nerve ending in my glutes down into the tops of my hamstrings.
