Boarstone is 2 hours of steady, aerobic Endurance spent between 65-75% FTP.

Final workout of Sweet Spot High Vol #2. FTP finished at 334 after 12 weeks Vol #1 & Vol #2. I think it is good but I need to really mix in Vo2 Max Intervals if I want to be able to surge with the pack of riders. I do not have a high end gear, but seem to feel good for long duration in the sweet spot. The other thing I notice riding on the trainer seems to be easier holding a consistent higher cadence, as yesterday I was having trouble staying focused. Lastly, I need to make some adjustments to my position on the bike and maybe move to a different seat as it feels like it's bother my rear end and bothering a nerve ending in my glutes down into the tops of my hamstrings.

Great ride with Pro Eco Crew to Camp Pendleton and back. Really did not feel good on bike, especially on way back, crew had to wait for me Leaving the base. Having a hard time on surges have no power to push watts. I think I'm not fitted to bike correctly , I feel more stress in my hamstrings and as, plus seat feels like it's hitting a nerve because my higher part of hamstrings have numbness . I need to distribute more stress to the quads.

Fletcher consists of nearly 90 minutes of aerobic Endurance spent between 60-75% FTP. This workout's form drills include Form Sprints, Endurance Spinning, and Pistons/Kick & Pull pedaling drills.

Very hot and humid today, HR stayed in check but normally stays 3-5 beats below my (avg) from today's workout. Legs felt a little flat today too, around 40 minutes they felt much better.
