Legs felt better but my hamstrings were still tired, the first interval was hard and uncomfortable, second hurt but not as much and the third was much better, seemed l was getting adapted.

Intervals 2 and 3 were rough, had to dig deep to get through each, left calf muscle started acting up. I think its just going to take time to get acclimated to this training, hoping sooner than later as another hard one tomorrow
