Wasn't to bad Sitting on 283 + for each 20 minute block, I actually held 287 and on last 2 of last 20 minutes blocks I went way above, starting to see fitness gains.

Big improvement today, felt real good during warm up, which carried over to good power output. Sitting on 275-280 with ease, the final 15 minute block I pushed hard. Hoping I keep seeing a few gains slowly but it improves my expectations and confidence.

Later start, which I hate but it is what it is. Legs felt ok through the first 3 sets, but man I'm working hard and legs feeling it but HR does not drift. After 3rd interval I new it was going to be a challenge so I decided to lower my cadence and use bigger Gears during the 4th interval and 5th intervals, dropped chain in process. Felt good pushing 84 - 85 cadence. But last interval my legs really struggled and had to suffer for a few minutes. I'm seeing a little improvement but hope to see more.

Legs felt sore, tired and tight from the start, after the second and third Intervals were feeling better, my core is very sore from earlier workout today and engaging it more now on TR

Legs felt tired and heavy from yesterday's run, hamstrings especially, very tired and heavy, wondering if I'm a little low on bike. Karen called me during 4th interval so I stopped for about 30 seconds, last interval I stopped for 30 seconds as hamstrings were tight stood and stretched. But TR is no joke and brings you to the brink each workout. Just hoping to adapt a little more, I guess I need to learn to become comfortable being uncomfortable
