legs are very tired and heavy from yesterday's ride from the start, I didn't think I would finish this workout, after the first interval I began loosening up and felt good until last 2 intervals. The Last interval I went one gear bigger . Then dropped the chain 2 times on last interval, bike needs a tune up.

Wasn't feeling this one today, 4.5 hours of sleep is a killer, but focus took over and I took one interval block at a time. Last 3 I moved to bigger gear and finished strong, but I will air on caution as this puts lots of pressure on the Knees.

Legs were tired from the start, but hr never really elevated. During the second 20 minute interval lost concentration and power began slipping. I was able to finish it but it was rough, on the Last interval I decided to go one year bigger and was able to finish strong above the entire effort.

Legs felt good on a few Intervals, but they were tired and started to fade on a few, after running 90 minutes and close to 12 miles yesterday focus was the key on this workout, which I did lose focus and power went by by. I have to say my legs are starting to tolerate these workouts more going into week 3.
