Taking off a week from Sweet Spot training workouts, flying to Florida to see friends. Then back Wednesday night and off early Friday morning to San Francisco to meet up with my wife's roommate from medical school and her husband, for a few days in the Bay Area. They've never been, will be fun.

Will try and get short runs in and stationary bike if hotel gyms have them.
