Legs felt good and lots of pop today. I think a big contributor is not lifting weights (legs) in nearly 2 weeks. All good, as I will get back to my routine as I do not want to lose to much strength as I get older. I just know for my personal reference if I back off weights my power will jump. I was very impressed with spinning 97-98 avg holding 285-300 watts, just felt so fluid. I think I could have biked another hour holding those watts, my legs were not burning nor was my body ever feeling uncomfortable.
