This is the hardest workout in SS TRAINING VOL.2. Well after a few days off it was challenging but I was able to manage my way through the 6 x 15 Intervals. I'm glad I decided to use higher cadence throughout until the final 10 minutes, which kept my legs from burning to much but the HR was pretty high. Funny how you take off a few days and notice little things like HR, power and leg balance off just a tad. Well now its time to go outside and ride a little more with some mixed intervals.
