Legs felt good not sore, but I was tired as I struggled to keep the power on target. Probably from the last hardest workout yesterday and weights (legs) yesterday. Looking forward to getting back outside riding next week.

This is the hardest workout in SS TRAINING VOL.2. Well after a few days off it was challenging but I was able to manage my way through the 6 x 15 Intervals. I'm glad I decided to use higher cadence throughout until the final 10 minutes, which kept my legs from burning to much but the HR was pretty high. Funny how you take off a few days and notice little things like HR, power and leg balance off just a tad. Well now its time to go outside and ride a little more with some mixed intervals.
