legs still not feeling good enough, probably shouldn't have done this workout, but I will say its rough 7x5 trying to hold 357 -370. The first 2 Intervals and 4th was able to get pretty much all, but the others forget about it.

Legs felt ok but the body just feels real weird right now feels real lazy and just slow. My digestive track is something I'm keeping an eye on as I'm not feeling the hungry like I normally do. Just hoping to shake this off.
