Glendora High School, GMR, East Fork, to Crystal Lake Cafe and back. Funny how good my legs felt today, I haven't been doing any sweet spot training or real hard workouts, but what I think it is, I have not lifted weights (legs) that I normally do every week. I will be back in the gym tomorrow though, as we get older are muscles tissue starts to breakdown and I know I need to keep my strength as I get older. I thought I was going to PR Gate to Shack but I missed and 42:44, my PR is 41:09. The funny thing was I was not killing myself and sucking wind, I was just mixing between standing and sitting and felt great. I have not weighed myself, I may be lighter?

Got through first set, second set got 6 and then started falling apart, last set was a death March , funny I'm not breathing hard my legs just died on me
