Legs didn't feel to bad, but It was hot today plus I do the entire ride fasted, so I really began feeling it.

This was roughl, was able to get almost 3 sets, had to give myself 10 extra seconds on last 9 Intervals. Last couple I kinda vomited and felt crappy. Crazy how hard these workouts are when you haven't done them in a while
