Took it well easy as legs were very sore from prvious events, was well short!! Was 1st anyway :P

I took Ken Daley's awsome advice and took my time on the first few, getting into the map, different terrain and difficulty of the controls, i gradually increased my speed but kept it at a pace which I could navigate at (so as to not get into oxygen debt as he said) No pink times and a pound for beating rivals!! Good run!!

It was dark!! Hell yeah! I was last but it was only my seond ever night event and I will try to get a good headtorch again (thanks to borrowing a great one from the Masons for this event) and keep prractising!! It was really good fun and hopefully I will be on tv!!
