Mistake at control one as many people did as my attackpoint which looked good on map was rubbish on ground.
I deicded to ignore my mistake though and got on with it, decent 6th place, not brill, not rubbish.

Tried to get loads of sleep night before but couldnt sleep and had to get up at 4:30 for my flight down. Jogged to the start with Mum.

Again, Reiver had planned a sprint/urban course in Tweedbank, was awsome, loads of route choice and quick decision making, again, good practise for the weekend (: feeling much better, almost there (:

Reiver planned a (short) middle distance course with control pick and direction change in lanton, one contrl was dodgy and another in the wrong place, but all in all a good training session and good practise for the weekend (: Still couldn't breath through my nose ): URRGH
