First day of Western Champs on Fallen Leaf Lake map (western portion) at Lake Tahoe. Nice course by Dan SH! Well planned and enjoyable as was set on the more flat part of the map. Navigated quite well until control 16 were made ~1:30 error going too far above. Made small (~1 minute each) unforced errorors at the 18, 19, 20, 21, 22. Loss of concetration - tired? Total ~8 minutes of errors. Lost less than 4 minutes to James. He started to train seriously again :)

Trial run 20:00 [2] 2.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

More warmup as I waited for my start.

Yoga (stretching) 10:00 [1]

Second day of NAOC. Technical and physical course. More ups and downs. Lost big time on #3 on parallel error. 3 (6:00), 5 (0:30), 10 (1:00), 12 (1:00) for a total of 8-9 minutes of errors. Need technical training big time. Hopefully I would be able to get some in a week or so at Lake Tahoe in preparation to WMOC. Canadians are very strong and it will make a miracle for the USA team to outperform them nearest years.
