Tried to warmup for the race. Dumn too cold and I don't have warm clothes.
Orienteering (race) 1:36:55 [3]12.5 km (7:45 / km) +450m 6:34 / km
Second day of USA Champs. Again lost about 10 minutes on mistakes. Never was able to push myself to the edge. Even managed to loose contact with map on the simple leg. Overall very unsatisfied with preparation to the race (starting with being without proper clothes) and too many mistakes on the courses. I need to work more on the motivation side as well. So far this year I am satisfied only with my efforts during final race at the World Masters and B meet in Bend.

My hands are frozen. Made too many mistakes (10 minutes at least). Very slippery underfoot. Fell down number of times. Soft footing definitely not good for both my ankles. For the next season I will put more atention to my ankles strength. Trying to be positive :)

Walked-jogged sprint event to benefit the team. Concentrated mainly on not getting wet in my jeans and sneakers :)
