| I will continue ramping up the volume to the end of December to 60-65 miles/week with possible 4 hours of skiing, 5 hours of running, and couple hours of yoga.
In January I will start converting part of the time to intervals with goal to have 2 speed sessions and one long hilly session per week. All done with map reading! |
