Sunday Jan 17

Cross-country skiing warm up/down 15:00 [1]

Ski-orienteering race 1:02:35 [5] * 8.8 km (7:07 / km)
spiked:9/9c

Ski-o at Tuggelite. Not a particularly interesting course, lots of long flat-out skiing sections with little route choice. But this made it a bit tougher physically. Didn't feel too great starting out and kind of died after the half-way point. Lots of fun though and probably something I should be doing, i.e. working at a hard pace.

Saturday Jan 16

Cross-country skiing 1:50:00 [2] 25 km (4:24 / km)

Skied with Tone at Tuggelite, doing lots of different loops. Skied hard, kind of interval-like as I would ski ahead then turn back and meet Tone along the way. It has warmed up to about -2 C and the snow conditions were quite different from the past 3 weeks. Unexplainingly tough going, felt like having rough sandpaper under my skis. Very tired at the end.

Friday Jan 15

Cross-country skiing 1:00:00 [2] 15 km (4:00 / km)

Got out for a quick evening ski. Good fast conditions and felt decent, but too little sleep the past few nights. Nice end to a very busy week.

Tuesday Jan 12

Cross-country skiing 1:20:00 [1] 20 km (4:00 / km)

Evening ski w/ Tone at Tuggelite. Tracks were really hard and fast tonight which was good since I was tired and stiff. Double-poled most of the way.

Monday Jan 11

Run 51:00 [1]

Ran from home to Tyrgympa, beautiful cold, clear, crispy evening. Felt a lot better than I thought I would. 39 min to the bridge.

Strength 1:10:00 [3]

Tyrgympa, Agneta's program. Feeling a lot better than expected considering lots of skiing the past week. And a lot better than last time I did this in December. A few muscle groups very sore and tight however. Great workout and lots of people which always makes it fun.
