spiked:11/12c

Kylklampen Night-o cup. Tons of snow! from knee deep to waist deep. Made one huge mistake on no 4 otherwise OK. Felt OK.

William helped me set up a map library so here's my first installment.

Tuesday Feb 2

Cross-country skiing 1:35:00 [1] 20 km (4:45 / km)

Evening ski by headlamp at Tuggelite w/ Tone. Muscles were sore and tired from last nights strength training and felt a lack of balance. Was able to push pretty well anyhow. Wonderful ski.

Monday Feb 1

Run 53:00 [2]

Run to Tyrgympa. Varying traction with the bike paths better than the hard-packed roads. Legs felt flat, but still made decent time. 38-39 minutes to the bridge.

Strength 1:00:00 [3]

Tyrgympa circuit training, time includes warm-up and stretching. 3x5 stations 45 sec work/20 sec rest. Felt good and strong, can notice a big change from skiing, especially abs and arms.
