Run (road) 1:00:00 [1]
I'm in Geneva for the annual IOF High Level Event Conference which starts tommorrow. Was able to get out for a jog together with Mark. Weaved our way around the streets and some park areas. Nice to get some fresh air after an early morning, long trip and an afternoon of e-mail and follow-up calls.
The conference program should be interesting, we'll see......
Cross-country skiing 1:52:00 [2] 23 km (4:52 / km)
Skied at Tuggelite with my GPS logging all kinds of various tracks for next weekends ski-o. Now if we don't get another load of snow or suddenly mild weather it should be useful.
Generally tired from yesterdays orienteering, struggled towards the end.
Orienteering (night) 1:19:12 [4] **** 5.4 km (14:40 / km)

Kylklampen night-o cup. About 1 m snow in the terrain and the course went straight into it. Almost everyone missed no 4 big-time (10 min+). I was able to relocate quicker and only lost a few minutes. The reward for that was being completely alone for the butterfly loops. Tough but very good work-out.
Forgot to start my garmin at the start, so the track is only partially complete.
