Good run, took it easy warming up for the first two to three miles then ran a comfortably steady pace. Feel better than on Sat.

Decent run, felt like I worked harder than time shows, head cold made breathing difficult, sucking wind hard at times.

Good run, left calf still tender, but a little better.

Started out very easy, calf was still sore, but no worse. Pushed the pace up as I went, it never got worse or bad enought to alter my gait.

Good run until about a mile and half to go, felt a pinch in lower left calf, not achilles, it got sore and I stopped at ten miles...was going to run about thirteen.
