Running 2:41:52 [3] 18.0 mi (9:00 / mi)
slept:5.0 shoes: Wave Nirvana

Around 50 deg. warmer closer to home; Started at 3:30 am; Beach Lake loop+out and back on Route 6

Ran steady pace with Chris, fastest I've ever ran this course. Felt good overall, calves were tight at times, loosened up towards end, right quad tight by end.

Wednesday Apr 7, 2010 #

Running 2:20:00 [3] 14.75 mi (9:29 / mi)
slept:4.75 shoes: Wave Nirvana

60 degs at my house, low 50s in town; Started at 3:20 am; Honesdale loop+up Riverside dr. and down Main st.

Excellent run, had to force myself to wake up, but the run was great, almost effortless. Funny how it was cooler in town, but coming up the Brook road hills the thermal change was very noticable.
