Running 2:55:00 [3] 19.0 mi (9:13 / mi)
slept:4.0 shoes: Addidas Adistar Control

57 deg. Started at 2:55 am; Around block 3x (Smith Hill rd. way 1x, LaTourette way 2x) + out & back on Daniels road 1x; Light rain in beginning, stopped for about an hour or so, then light rain again. Luckily I missed the heavier stuff, which started right after I went inside.

The run was very good, I had some soreness in the left hamstring, but nothing major...Overall I felt pretty bad (head cold congestion, strong headache) in the beginning...just told myself I'll do one loop and then I can quit if I want...but felt better each time around. Did the out and back on the last loop, I still believe that a good long run can help cure a cold, it's the getting out that's key.

Note
slept:8.0 (rest day)

Unplanned, I've got either a head cold or allergies...not feeling well.

Running 2:45:00 [3] 18.0 mi (9:10 / mi)
slept:4.5 shoes: Wave Inspire 2

64 deg. Started at 2:57 am; Beach Lake loop + out and back on Route 6

Rained for at least half the run, steady and hard at times...prune feet and chaffed nipples (one bled through!). The run was very good, felt healthy and ran strong, but now I've got some uncomfortable "chaffing" pain...oui.
