Good run, took it easy and was prepared to stop at the first sign of pain, got through 2 loops and felt ok so did one more. General quad and calf fatigue at end.

Treadmill running...started out very slow, gradually built up speed. Nothing hurt at all, so hopefully my shin and knee problems are on the mend.
