Progressive ladder at default values, I havn't done this workout in quite a while. Like the other scripted workouts, it proved to be much harder than I thought with the new default resting pace of 2.8 mph. At any rate, I have dusted myself off and began the new week cycle with a good workout. I'm going to try to do each workout, each day just like the schedule. The only thing I'll have to do better is utilize the mornings, which hasn't happened much at all so far.

Week of July 30-Aug 5 was a bad week, 1/7 workouts completed. Johnny was indisposed with bug rash so he wasn't on me to workout, and obviously I was not on myself very hard. I need to get workouts done on the days they are due, I want to do away with substituting one day for another and that type of thing. Tomorrow the Monday to Sunday cycle starts over again, I hope I am more successful this time. I will record the results of each week for future reference on each Sunday. That is all.
