Triathlon race 6:05:00 [5]

Note

the swim - pure survival ( send the men after the women) they swam literally OVER me :-) 42 min ...got to work on that !!

bike - oh my god sooooo much fun racing 3 hours ,- 15 min faster than I thought

run - had to pay for the fun on the bike - energy ??? anybody??? 2:14
hot , hills where so steep had to walk them at the last lap .

and my 10 year old friend ask me 2 min!!!! after the race if I want to come and swim ....awesome .

this race is was so perfect organized and is unbelievable beautiful ...so green the active volcano in the back ground

just leg up the wall .... recover ( butt higher then heart level!!! ) ..feels gooooood and a PISCO SOUR at night :-)

NERVOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yoga ..slow hip opener ( all seated ) hold long - breath awareness
pranayama ... breathing exercises ..calm nervous system - increase lung capacity ... set positive "prepicture" for race !!!

strong practice - Heat !! lots of back bends to open up front body + twist to loosen connective tissue around rib cage for maximum lung capacity .
15 min head stand ..full body recovery !

hip openers and long inversions ... recover the legs ( compression sock)

short interval ...slow and 5 min race pace alternate ..check out if I put the bike together the right way :-) .
oh I am in Pucon /Chile ....prepare for 70.3 I man !!!
