Note

easy pace in fist half .
took frequent stops to enjoy the breath taking nature of south chile
and nice coffee + papa frites yum

picked up pace on the way back ..no stops.

nothing to serious ..just cycling around , jumping into the cristal clear rivers in between - icing the legs :-)

hamsting , calf , thigh and shoulder openers
used dowels ( wood stick) for virasana .... good pain to loosen back of legs.

NOT SORE !!! can't believ it!
