Good training session at the Van Dorp Health Club & Wellness Spa
Lots of sweat and poorly dressed = cold, but animated Robin Hood kept me distracted (if not warmer).

Rollers = hard on butt. Not sure if time will make this better (though I'm sure it'll help a little). Mostly it's just a long time to sit in the same position...

First 10k skated with Dad (who was classic-ing), then powered through the last 15 on my own. Went out too fast, hit a wall (on Grunt) and essentially crawled the last 2k, but fantastic workout either way.

Rest day - Overdid it a bit skiing 2 days in a row (mostly the classic I think). Taking a rest today. :)
