I played a basketball game and the ankle was a little sore because the tap was a little to tight. I got near the end.

20 minutes on cardio on the bike, 20 mintues on stairmaster and 20minutes on the elipticule. 20 minutes on weights for arms and legs. 20 minutes for core. 20 minutes on bike again.
