Today was the coc sprint at Robinson roadhouse, It wasn't my best sprint. I made errors that were stupid and shouldn't have happened but what can you do. I lost 1 minute and 30 second on control 3 think The one I saw wasn't mine and going west to find mind and not finding and going back to check the other control and it being mine. lost another 2 minutes going to control 9. i started off really good and then I went to the wrong knoll then climb to find out where I am then noticed I was one knoll over. 12 I lost 20-30 second just went off to far but caught myself and headed back.

So for practice today it was aiming off. The first part was pretty good I ended close or dead on to were I wanted to be. I could do the first have but going to the second half my ankle was hurting so I did 3 controls and went and stood in the lake. and didn't do the fun relay later

So we got maps with just contours the road and the lake. It was a lot simpler to read and I went a lot faster then usual. I didn't have any real problems made a small mistake going to 8 I was just one depression over

so after about a 20 minute break we went back out to do relocation. Lousie just ran through the woods and we couldn't look at the map and she would stop and then tell us to relocate and when we have it go to the closes control. I had a lot of trouble for the first 3 relocation I just was doing it right but I caught on after

so we had the hop relay were we got auctioned off. I was the second runner and I did pretty well no big mistakes a bobble here or there. I got the experience what it is like having a train of people right behind you and you try and not mess up or let them pass you and they didn't which I was happy about!

we ran the wcoc middle but a course up so I ran womens elite. It wasn't that bad just more running

so in the afternoon we tried to do speed change running but that didn't really work out well because we got lost so we practice relocation

pretty good race messed up 2 and 8. 2 because tried to take it safe and get use to the new scale and that didn't work. 8 because the control I saw didn't look like mine and there was the photographers so I messed up really bad!
