This was second ski back from injury. I started to feel some pain near the end of the ski, that is because the ankle is still bruised. It felt better then the first ski thou so I am slowly recovering.

This was my first fitness training back from spraining my ankle. If felt good at the beginning of the ski but halfway through I started feeling a pain in my ankle. The pain wasn't that sharp but it was an annoyance during the ski.
