I had two different courses that I ran today. The first was focusing on route choice and reading ahead. The second map was focusing on flow. The first course was a little rough to start but got better. The second map was a lot better then the first.

I was feeling pretty under the weather this morning but I thought a run would help, turns out I was wrong. It was a long grind the whole way and the only reason I wasn't slower was that I was running with fast people.
