So this was my first time running since the injury and it felt good to run again, I definitely went too long but was too excited to be running again. I could feel the pain in my knee but it wasn't to bad.
Knee still isn't up to running and all the bikes were taken so to the elliptical instead. Didn't feel to bad during the workout but my knee was throbbing after.
