Knee was a little sore this morning so I didn't go as long as I wanted to.

So this was my first time running since the injury and it felt good to run again, I definitely went too long but was too excited to be running again. I could feel the pain in my knee but it wasn't to bad.

The knee was hurting this morning so I skipped the morning workout and instead did an easy one after dinner. The knee was feeling better but not 100%
