run 43:37 [1] 7.0 km (6:14 / km) +88m 5:52 / km
ahr:154 max:174

First run I have been able to do in a while where I wasn't exhausted and felt like I had to push the whole time.

Thursday Jul 18 #

o-training 1:06:33 [2] 5.37 km (12:24 / km) +172m 10:41 / km
ahr:150 max:183

Picked up controls from the Wednesday night meet. Went into the fun zone and had some "fun" had to relocate on 10 and the trail I was using to relocate off of was grown over so I didn't see it the first time.

Wednesday Jul 17 #

Baseball 1:00:00 [1]

o-race race 53:18 [3] 4.84 km (11:01 / km) +151m 9:32 / km
ahr:162 max:181 (sick)

Ran part of the expert course and it went okay. I didn't have trouble trying to find controls just the dog that came with me. I wasn't planning on running the whole race with how I have been feeling. I am picking up the controls of the section I missed.
