getting frustrating now i actually felt worse today nd yesterday than i had at the weekend but hopefully will be able to do somethign low intensity tommorow. did lots of core nd strength nd general shizz like that

started nd straight away felt like i culdnt breath was a weird bunged up feeling the got nasty pain in my stomach not sure wat was going on but dropped out as i really dont wanna b ill again for ages. Though now i think it may have been from the flu jab because got sore throat nd feeling bunged up at the moment.

well jack nd callum ditched me so i decided to cycle to knockburn to help set up for tommorows xc. Was trying not to get tight legs because didnt fancy starting tommorow sore, but going up that hill is an impossible task to do without it hurting

back to night o woop woop. i said i wasn't going to do it this year but for some reason i went along to this. Made a few small mistakes along the way gettiong back into the whole it being dark situation, nd then my head torch broke luckily jess caught me up nd saved me nd we walked back which was very kind of her.

grass track- did warm up on way there then 6x1km. was interesting as never done it before. was good watch is gto hard to figure out times but we did one very 7 minutes, the watch keep resetting every km which wasnt quite when i crosses the line so i have al sorts of weird lap times on in it, but while running i kept track and they were roughly all even +/- five seconds even with the pitch black.

not sure of distance or time culdnt find watch nd wanted out before it got too dark... reckon between 6-7km anyway very much enjoyed it until last bit when i needed my head torch as it was 100% black nd it turned out it didnt even work .. gd one :p

12x 200m all about 36 or 37 except last one which was 34 ... was pretty epic because my leg speed isnt fast enough to kill me i did them all as hard as i could which is hard to keep up but used the competition of all the otehrs trying to trip me up nd getting annoyed when i passed them

my dads ridiculous courses with insane climb but did it anyway wasnt as bad as it culd hav been technical was fine except one mistake on easiest control lost focus nd was like oh its easy....

f.r.e.e.c (frances rhona evee ewan callum) went out to try our new interval session 1km interval only problem was it got dark after the second nd we had to stop it was pitch black quickly so we gave up nd just ran back will do it on grass track next week so it is more effective.

gym at aberdeen sports village.
did 2km row in 9 mins which is gd cause only double what u usually do 1km in. then 7.5km on the bike in 15 mins then a 15 minute run didnt c distance just ran didnt work as hard as should of on the run. also did some strength nd conditioning nd a warm up nd down on treadmill.
