wow only 6 mins behind helen Bridle wooooo!!!!!!!!!! was soo chuffed ok i kno the area really well, i just basically sprinted round cause it wasnt that techical stiill happy with time!!!!!!

Went out planning. first few were alrite, the marsh was completly flodded past my knees, so i went round the bottom, but river was flooded so i ran through it up to knees was very cold eventually gave up and ran straight up the hill then ran round the orange. ran it really fast snow was hell on paths so i ran on terrain for most of it. cheked a few alst control, then went and collected in the controls from training, smart me i piked the ones up teh big snowy hill walked up teh hill and got the point easily nd then the next on. Jogged back to main meeting area, then did some jogging wiating for dad, did a couple of hill reps nd ran back to the car takin a detour lookin for a feature which no one could find, and didnt find it.

we ran from potarch to kincardine o niel. then did 5 hill reps on the hill was absolute hell feet were dyin !!! then we ran bak to kincardine o niel again did another hill rep then did indian runnin for about 1km was absolute death. Then for last 500m we slowly got faster ran up teh last hill really hard nd died.

was pretty hard worked really hard was very chuffed. skippin was goin badly gave up on the rope nd just jumped. shuttles were hell i killed myself nd core at the end was "great"

went for the five k did soem streches insoles were killin after the weekend shuld hav gone out nd practiced more to get used to them jk will hurt so much now wat an idiot i am. had to stop nd strech but it was so sore wen i tulk them of it strait away stopped hurtin grr...
