Did drills long warm up the usual stuff then some explosive starts, and some 60m's felt good loosened legs...

warmed up putting tapes out with mum and some jogging. so did small 1km ish courses as an interval they were sprint, on huge scale so managed to run past them all on the first one... had rest inbetween nd did 3. times were- 6:51, then 6:18, then 6:15 then did a 600m orange course in 4:18, then did o hide nd seek with ewan where i ran another 1.6km in 15mins intensive stuff :p finnished with a 1km control take in and a warm down nd some stretching.

Did huge warm up nd down then did half an hour of javelin, then did 300's so did 2 of them at even splits of 58s then a 200 then everyone left but i wanted to do more so did two more 3's not sure of time but felt hard and then one last one which was fast, and then died. Though very happy Karen young said my running is starting to look really good :D

Went for run to get speed up and fitness in general because it seems to be lacking atm im not sure if i remember alway feelings so dead when i run but mayb i wasnt running hard enough before or its just all the time of iv had but its ok i was so worried the whole way round i pushed hard nd got a pb :) by a long way cause the aim was to continously increase the effort but that would probs only keep the pace the same.

Everything went out the window everything was wrong needed the toilet wasnt feelin motivated was tight was having a bad day which is no excuse but basically did terrible.

It feals incredibly weird not saying dear florence had 2 restrain myself.
So some sprint down in necastle beside the footy pitch. Ran pretty well for the first half then died that wat weeks in nd out of trainin with colds does to you... but technically good but only because it was simple.

unfortunatley this is the last dear florence so it gunna b extra amazing :D
so thursday night had athletics did a nice wee warm up followed by some drills whilst learning all about suzanna nd the parties she goes to which really dont sound that great tbh... then did soem 100m at increasing pace at each 20m so all good especially for tight legs.

but i beat lindsay which had been my xc aim since i started being forcedf into these things so im going up in the world :p Couldn't beleive how well i ran :) so well that when i didnt hav enough to eat i went home with an awful migrane nd slept lots in pain :s

woke up and felt great no sore throat actually felt quite bouncy so went trainin. Did death, in field only 8 not moving up intul im back into after snow nd the insane rain wev had it was actually a marsh which is appropriate for me but not so good for fast times- 1:07 1:04 1:09 1:08 1:09 1:09 1:07 1:08. Felt dead and lungs were very tired, and legs heavy after but felt good to be out.

was horrible arms were so tired from day before because did double arm stuff and we were working with medicine balls :s but i got through it then we went in pairs ran round the hall sprintin wen told joggin wen told nd running went told, into we died then switched with our partners nd so on, mayb a bit much 4 my cold but couldnt really not do it alans one for working through colds nd he already thinks im a woose

was great i know i like that area cause its technical but course was planned well so you could run to so got a mixture meaning i got a fast time nd beat next sixteen by 8 minutes whatever i did it was right. Also really realising how good fitness is atm...

Scotish sprints 1st
was an easy course because of the no road rule, so went for it, and speed training is paying of :) managed to do well was good though did have a tiny bit in houses which was nice

off to kinnoull for some talent squad training saw the euoc crowd there so were ovs pro ;p was really good stuff without paths or north lines, had to had close map contact really good brain workout, and got jog between startes, and ran pretty well on courses though a little dead from morning
