2.9km map memory course you didnt have map nd there was cups instead of controls so i got really confused looking for the first one the map snippets were on the controls good excercise especially in a sprint area, because made you run faster between nd showed me sometimes im wasting time looking at the map 2 much

so havnt done much ina while after eyoc was tired nd stiff but mainly my ankle stopping me doin anything because i went over it at relay, then after jircs was in norway nd tried to do some stuff like cycle nd swim but didnt get much done so went for run today knees very sore nd the whole thing was extremely slow just needed a something slow......
