was great fun did good warm up, because was bit tight from weekend
not great times but was trying really hard nd most people died hal way through which made me feel great as each time i wuld overtake a new person. 64, 65, 67, 67, 67, 67,67, 66, 65, 64. really pleased

was completely dead, started really strong running hard, but the course was easy, but by the end was so tired from no sleep night before, wasnt even out of breath by end just had no energy to move legs also partly because of day b4

inter areas relay. ran really hard loads of climb for tiny course and then made stupid mistake even though it was a light green, but was rushing a bit trying to get away from frances B, and then had to keep running fast after that, as i had to stay ahead of Briony

so back to indoor athletics... did drills and some general running style stuff with posture, and then some continuous circuits where you run for you rest which were good and fun

firt time back in the gym this winter... did 1km row 4:28 then 3km run 15 minutes then bike wasnt working so did another 1km row this time 4:45 was nice and hard the way it should be came of very dizzy and unable to see which means i worked hard

actually really pleased for my first run back i did a blue and did pretty well. i messed up the first point, as i had kind of forgotten how to orienteer and only had one other mistake where i got a tad disorientated. Other than that i ran really hard and realised how hard it is to run at the speed i used to so im gunna hav to work to get it back and improve for next year

Ok so was going to run from scolty to shooting greens then remembered this really cool route i had done on bike o, so did it. It was hard. Lots of hill, at first i was like aww im so unfit im finding it so hard then i looked down and realised how much i had climbed, basically it goes almost to top of scolty then down then up the other hill its connected to then up and down randomly through the woods until i realised i had no idea where i was ran for the open relocated and beasted the last couple of km up the track to shooting greens. heart rate high for that kinda run but itl be cause of all the hills and my wee beast at the end.

Note

still getting headaches but have no choice but to get back into proper training don't think the training affects it so happy to do it. Eyes aren't much better either but they could cause a problem with reading the map :s

no idea of my actuall time so going to put 20 mins just because it easy... first hard run was reasonably hard, but what I found hardest is being able to push myself seems like fitness isn't the only thing iv lost while being ill, kept going in and out of focusing, and so wasn't my best run.

getting dry now (well compared to constant heavy rain) so decide was time to do some proper hardcore biking almost suffocated in full face helmet but apart from that all good :)

woke up and decided that i would go run up the hill i could see out the window. Won't be doing that again, the first thing i didn't realise was that it was further away than i thought the next thing i didn't realise, that its gradient was insane but gave it ago anyway kind of ended up being hill reps with death inbetween

rain started to go away so went out on some easy biking

enjoyed it so much was great my eyes and head didnt bother me well except i had a bit of trouble readin the map but it was so gd to do something its gunna hurt getting back because chest was burning nd legs were leg no leave i thought we stopped this whole running thing r you mad i dont wann go back

Right so basically been ill for very long time had various tests done not sure what wrong got somethign messed up in head... but i have decided iv had enough i hav been out for 7 weeks nd am goin back to training on wednesday for deffo unless doctor tells me im dying tommorrow (though this is very unlikely)
