did jog on the running machine to loosen of from yesterday 1km row pretty hard then lots of strength because tired from yesterday so wanted to recover

ran up to the gate at scolty for warm up then soem drills did 5x2min hills was really good legs were sore at start then chest by end got to the same place each time did it on the slightly more gradual track up the side of scolty was really tough properly dead at the end

nice long run with talent squad... went to aboyne bridge then ran up a track up a steep hill then a really nice gradually undulating track then up the heather straight up the hil to the top bout 6km to the top couldnt believe it didnt feel that long then ran back down pretty fast with dad nd ewan needed to get home. felt good going down keeping a good pace with not to much effort

turbo trainer did 2min -1 2 min on 0 2 min on +1 nd two min on+2 then back down pretty deathish was so tired from 5 really late nights nd prom night before so just killed myself to get it done

massive migrane came on slept 24hours staright still quite nasty very annoyed its just one thing after another also got really nasty cold cant breathe :(

we did a pyramid 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, then back down ok but i was pushin hard but stomach was sore which was irritating, and was recovering quite quickly so maybe wasnt working quite hard enough

nice recovery from day b4 went up this hill near chriss house ran around the top looking down on Edinburgh which was nice nd then kind of found my way back with frances

east district champs-very very pleased got my aim i came 17th though only two people finished after me cause so many dropped out but still i finished and was really happy with it which is rare i felt i paced myself well with the perfect amount left at the end

bit disappointed with time was aiming for 22 minutes but probably shuld hav gone for 28 made one mistake nd one toilet stop but apart from that it was clean as night o can be good fun if u only do a few

5x 500m legs bit tired from weekend but not much only one min recovery pretty hellish :s was good hard seshion 2.01.05, 2.02.52, 2.06.7, 2.03.85 and 1.59.91. then after that was absolutely dead coach decides we should a do a 400m- 95.41 nd then nice we warm down
