starting to feel better the cough is just moving gunk instead of hurting so thats probably good. that is now two and a half months im going for a world record here ! Most people dont believe it anymore tbh im not sure i do i think i might be imagining it

Feeling really awful but had to go to skl cant afford to miss anymore though i got moved in chemistry because i was coughing to much and distracting people/ spreading germs. throat a bit better but feel rough

had to go to skl we went on a trip may hav been a mistake came home feeling awful throat raged all day migrane by the end of the day. all in all feeling crap.

so it is a cold and a lovely one at that lost voice for part of the day throat was sooooo painful still got infected tonsils though this doesnt even hurt on my tonsils after my few days of feeling better (sat sun monday) i thought that was it but i was very wrong

time all between 1:30-1:35s was good session. running was quite nice. dead by the end but think paced myself well. speed can't be down to much times aren't the end of the world

ok run felt like it went on forever wasn't very fast running was lacking, got degydrated nd confused went to 15 before 14 nd then started shivering but apart from that was good technical

tonsillitis is still there 4 weeks woohoo well its actually more than that, and this time it brought its friends throbing head sore ears gunk blocking all throat nd the favourite sore chest. its getting rather ridiculous now. once i xan breathe i will train again but atm of skl so dont think i can justify being well enough to train :(

so went to doctors still have tonsillitis and they think somehow may have glanjela fever again which really should not be possible. Anyway the doctos wants me to not train, and not do the selection races. ha ha next joke not happening i shall just put up with being ill.

Cycling long 2:01:00 [3] 50.0 km (2:25 / km)

went out and around the coast by St Andrews. Was really nice, some bits of road are great, really smooth, though some near the end where i was tired were awful. was further than iv been in a while and started tired but was good for spinnning day before lactic acid out legs. average about 20km/h ish top speed about 46km/h wasn't any good downhills so no epic speeds.

chest sore again stil ignoring it. race was a bit to easy in places so frustrating when i culdnt make legs go any faster but only one small 15- 20 sec mistake.

this race a bit sloppier because was being distracted by people. running was faster at start just had to catch jane nd frances then keep self going till end. died bit after half way so it was just death till finnish really feeling the lack of speed but shows i can do well without it if i focus on technical.

Orienteering 28:00 [3] 3.0 km (9:20 / km)

maroc talents squad training. was actually helpful, was pacing round with josh and callum after they caught me looking for number two which was very hard to see because of small flags. So i got practice of thinking, and running fast in open hilly area. technical wasn't perfect but found i was slower than the boys but would come in and get control a lot more accurately than them.

jogged down to track nd did some drills chest sore again but ignoring it. them did 400m 800m 400m 800m 400m 800m starting every five mins. lost all times because garmin is being a spazz but they got slower nd were fairly tragic. after each 400m thought i was dead but the long recovery after it worked was pretty epic. did a warm down round the track a few times.
