had a really nice run the technical was clean apart from one point but the heat nd my lack of fitness were major factors not that a minded because it was such a nice day

ran from scolty to potarch with frances was sooooo hot we were dying going up the hills with no wind in the heat was hard nd i carried a bag with a picnic in actually makes life so much harder but was worth it once we got to potarch

dont know my time or anything as after the picture thing taking ages we went for a group run round the course because it was foggieton and we culdnt really get any tech benefit from it anyway

so went with eve to crathes but my tyre burst and so i had to walk all the way home nd on the bumpy bit i carried my bike which was really hard

from scolty to potarch. havnt been on a long run in such a long time nd it was such a nice day so went with evee. really enjoyed it was just nice nd easy as throat is absolutely raging so didnt want to do anything to speedy. had to take a terrain route at one point when we made bad routechoice after shooting greens

sprint scolty. was ok though i think when i run slower my brain goes slower nd gets a wee bitty bored so by the end i was actually getting a bit sloppy. though even though was feeling really ill all day didnt feel that bad out there but its only a month and four days till i get my tonsils out :)

2*8*200m paralufs (if thats how u spell it) started 42, 45, 45, 45, 45, 45, 44, 43. six mins rest then. 42, 44, 44, 44, 44, 46, 45, 43. Was really great nd i hadnt felt that great during the day. Really happy with it throat not to sore.
